You might want to look into legal transcription or look into taking a scoping course. Some options to consider. It saddens me to see a student hear the brutal truth without being given some other avenues to look into.
Some have posted on here about doing well with the legal stuff. Hopefully one will comment and perhaps could guide you in the right direction.
