I agree with poster who gave you kudos for asking first. Can't tell you how many people come on here after the fact, regretting the time they put in. I would not "try it first," as some are suggesting. One thing the companies do is make it look wonderful the first month or so, so that you get settled in, then whammo!
I got out of MT 10 years ago, completely out. You can chase companies until you are blue in the face, and it won't turn out well.
