I worked for them for 15 years, laid off due to COVID, though my accounts were always running out of work long before COVID, as is the case for most, though I was told by my manager I was one of her top MTs. Are they hiring MT or scribe? Scribe may be different. For MT work, the current pay I believe is 4 cpl, there is a 99.75% accuracy requirement and they do multiple random audits every week, production requirement is 165 LPH, if I remember right, or performance management. You must have a thorough understanding of Best Practices. You will probably have 30+ accounts rotating through, all with their varying client profiles, though will still run out. They do pay on time. I rarely had a problem meeting their metrics, so I stayed for 15 years for my own reasons but that is AQ in a nutshell.
