I worked for Medquist before it became M-Modal and it was the worst job I have ever had in my life. MQ wasn't that bad, but when MM came on, everything changed.
I didn't stay long enough to go with AQ, I quit on the spot. I didn't even tell them and they never contacted me.
I struggled with every single dictation I had and so many ESLs it wasn't funny. I got the worst of the worst and I quit 10 years ago and to this day, I hate them with every fiber of my being and I have never felt that way about a job, no matter how bad it was.
I have worked for companies who have used Fluency, and the apple doesn't fall far from the tree and I finally had to give it all up. No more AQ, no more Nuance, no more of these clone companies that treat you like dirt.
