This company is the devil! It used to be M-Modal. The work is sporadic at best, the treatment to their MTS is horrible, the dictation is horrible, the system, Fluency, is horrible. Need I say more?
Like the other post, RUN!!!!!
There isn't one good company out there, despite what you may read on this board and if there are good companies, it is the best kept secret and those MTS don't bother posting here.
