to make people quit because of how hard it was to reach their production requirement. We all know that what helps to build speed as an MT is knowing your accounts and the various dictators you repeatedly listen to each day. Well, it wasn't like that at MM/AQ when I worked there. I was lucky if I ever got the same dictator in the same week! Far too many facilities, difficult dictators and not exactly the best audio quality to boot! It was always an uphill battle and I just knew their performance tracking wasn't fairly representing the true picture of what was going on in the company and that the MTs were being made to look bad because of it. Not a fair situation at all. So I quit.
