I just answered this for another poster and sent her a private email. Multiple people can and will edit things in multiple ways, such as two or 2. This confuses the speech engines. When you have one or two people working an account, the VR speech engines learn quickly to adapt to your editing. There are certain functions that can be set by the higher ups, but if they do not fully understand the program, they too, can contribute to the problem.
