Decrease in pay - still employed MT

I could do 575-600 with EditScript; I struggle to get 500 with Inscribe. Mind you, I have been at my job for a long time so I know the rules, but we do an awful lot of editing, way more than EditScript. I am down on average $6 an hour. Get ready for a bumpy ride.
