I have just gotten off the phone with an attorney, and oddly enough, he is willing to take the case. I am not really sure who all these people are that claim they have gotten nowhere, but perhaps they never really tried to take care of business. Now I contact the IRS and we will see if they are interested too. It is easy to say I got nowhere, when they really did not pursue the case. I imagine I will see how this plays out. Cheers!
