Kendall Creek Intro Letter. - SM

Must do this, must have that, must do a bunch of something else and only THEN do you start at MINIMUM PAY  after a few SCREENING TESTS.  

Same stuff, different day:   they all want the moon on a silver platter and only going to pay for a cup of dirt on a paper plate.
