everyone was marking theirs with 1 or 2 blanks or perfectly typed. After a few times of being honest and stating how many blanks I had, another co-worker was brought in to proofread the entire transcript(s) and I lost 10-20 cents on the page rate that I was expecting. I didn't realize that this was their normal practice. Now I understand why everyone claims perfect transcripts...

There are varying degrees of legal work and they are paid accordingly.

The upside is they always have work and I have never received late pay and it is autodeposited.
