Pay was not always calculated correctly, and it is very low for those of us with many years of experience. Owner/management was not very knowledgeable, helpful, personable, or expeditious in replying to messages. One of the owners was very rude, scheming and conniving. If they had it in for you about something due to jealousy or just overall bad mood, they would assign work in your queue without asking you, and then blame you for assigning the longer audios to yourself. Craziness! They were the reason why I turned in my resignation after about a year. This same owner was always firing and re-hiring the recruiter/assigner over and over again because of jealousy also. Just please don't waste your time with this company; it will only cause you a lot of undue stress and frustration trying to work and play childish games with this one owner.
