I was hired by them last summer. I've been doing insurance transcription for another company for the past 2-3 years and I was going to take a position there on their insurance accounts as a supplement. They classify you as an IC, but treat you EXACTLY like an employee. They expect everything to be done on a very rigid, strict schedule and they do NOT allow you to deviate from that schedule one bit. I was unable to complete their "test files" by the exact hour and minute that they demanded of me due to prior commitments, but told them that I would be able to get them done a short while later, so they let me go, which is VERY illegal. I reported them to the IRS and the DOL.
