In-Person Schooling or Online - Happily Hoping

Did you do in-person college classes or online schooling for legal, law enforcement, and insurance training? Would like to know how you jumped from medical. Do your companies hire specific program graduates as new hires or do they expect experience? Very interested in adding to my resume as well. I am a true crime buff on YouTube along with 48-Hours Mysteries and Dateline, etc.
