Dot, I remember your name as a regular on here. This used to be a wealth of information and help, gosh I remember when I used to actually make over 25 dollars an hour when we received bonus pay for great production, and when there were backlogs, we actually got an extra 1 cent per line. All I know is I do not know how they will keep anyone soon, when we can all make more money working at Starbucks, McDonalds, etc.
