Ex-Medquist/MM/AQ MT here. We did have some good chats over the years, didn't we? I can't tell you how many times I would first come to this forum before calling Tech Support whenever Fluency would crash in the middle of the night! I always knew everyone working would do the same and we'd all compare notes on what was happening. We all hated having to call "Phil" at 1-800-dictate, but usually someone would eventually do it and report back with the scoop on Fluency and/or with the master ticket # for downtime. It was great, seeing the posts pour in from all over the country - it helped to connect with other MTs. Sure do wish it could have lasted...
