It's nice that you had a great mother who cared for you and your six siblings without complaining.

Unfortunately, not all of us have had that luxury and not all of us have help. When someone has reached the point of reaching out for others to release pent up emotions and frustration, I don't think I would tell them to essentially shut up and stop complaining.
