the accounts ready for offshore. We train it, and they send the good dictators there. Most accounts already have on-site staff so they take the best of the best.
Something else that seems unfair is team leads get paid as employees 14 dollars per hour and for what? I'm sorry but posting numbers or maybe editing a report here and there seems like a waste of a good MT's time. They could be typing.
