Getting quite tired of this late pay or partial pay and still owed 2 partial payments for full amounts.

I am pretty sure this is going to continue and I'm ready to quit. I need to pay my bills on time; the bank, phone, electric companies won't accept partial payments and delays for very long.

No, it's not KS again, it's a different small MTSO that has always been good, but started having difficulties a year ago and it's not that often, but I'm ready to go if they dont catch up in full pretty soon.
