When companies act like this, stay away. It speaks volumes of how they treat their employees. I went after a company with vengeance a few years ago, tested, retested, dozen of emails, etc., and finally they had an opening and hired me. I lasted one month. It was horrible. I will never do that again. One and done for me. If I don't get a reply or denial, I just move on. Who cares how long you stay at jobs, how much experience you have, they don't care. Do you think they read your resume, hardly.
I have no idea what their mind set it and actually how they stay in business, other than shipping work to India, which they probably do.
I was working for a lady doing some office notes and all of a sudden the work stopped and she stopped paying. I couldn't figure it out. Of course, no reply from her. I found out, she decided to send off shore and did the QA herself, saved her a ton of money not to mention the money she didn't pay me and another MT who worked for her.
There are a million stores out there about how horrible these companies are.
