These services guarantee 2-hour TAT and if it is not met, they have to take a cut in the price they charge the hospitals. They do not want a cut, and it is better to find ways to cut the MTs rather than their profits. Now that Nuance found ways to make more profits they need their cut too. So while you are out of work, their profits are still guaranteed. IMPO, if you are young enough, go back to school and be an x-ray tech, at least you know you are getting zapped with bad rays.
