only gave him 20 hours that week which knocked him out of the UE and the extra 600 that week because he made more than the weekly UE benefit. He would have been better to not have went back to work financially, but you don't have a choice. It is crazy that if you go back you are making less because they are not giving you your 40 hours yet, but you still can't draw UE because you made too much. I guess there is just no fair way about doing this that would benefit everyone. He wanted to go back to work but wanted his 40 hours like before, not 20. Can't live on that. He is still working but now getting his 40 hours in, but it was a hard couple of weeks til they gave them 40 hours.
