How do they know your age - What difference does it make

They will lay you off, fire you at the drop of a hat, regardless of your age. I would imagine most of the MTs just fall into that age group of 50-70+ who have been at this forever. They don't care how perfect you are, how much you have helped them out in times of need, how many times they have switched you from account to account, they are only out for themselves and now with this Coronavirus, they are probably hurting, not making their millions, so we suffer, once again.

Also they probably don't want to keep contributing to UE insurance as well.

Take your UE and leave this place and start somewhere else or retire! There is no rhyme or reason to any of these MTSOs and this one and Nuance tops the list. I really feel for you at this point.

I have been there when it was MM and believe me, I suffered greatly, but finally found something, never to look back.

They may get what they want, but I hope they get what they deserve!
