The list does not have employee names, just ages, and I assume they have to release that information for a legal reason. As far as suing for age discrimination? Well AQuity has that covered because they won't release your severance pay until you sign a legal waiver that says you won't pursue legal action against them for any reason being, including discrimination. Times are very bad and I need the severance pay so I signed the waiver. Plus I just want to completely wash my hands of this company for good!
