Laid off - Surprised too

I find it hard to believe they would base your lay offs due to age if you are performing your job to their expectations (which are ridiculous by the way). I am not saying they aren't doing that, (because they are evil), but why would they???????

Also listing all of the MTs and HDSM's as well? Again, could be a snafu. They don't care about any of us anyway. I quit a year ago, because I could not function in their world any longer. I was so miserable and didn't realize how miserable until I quit. I am working as an IC and don't really care for that, because of the taxes and the demands from them as well, so during this down time of NJA, I am actively looking for another job, either at home or outside of my home. They won, I am looking elsewhere.
