Exactly the same here: Burned out, sick of the BS of MT and - a check every month of the same amount SM

will be wonderful to budget with. No more of this BS of not enough work at any given time so your check ends up short for that pay period and you wonder if you can make it to next pay period.

You can be sick and not have to worry about losing income, you can actually take a freakin day off once in a while and not come back to bitching emails about the workload while you were gone, and best of all we can have a life!!!

I'm going for it. I dont need the stress any longer, I'm sick to tears of it and so over it.

I actually have a timeline: So many days to filing date, so many days to birthday, so many days to estimated first check, as well as plans for a small vacation!! Planning to work very hard the last six months before the first check, load up some extra money, and the day that check hits my account I'm gone out of town to a freakin spa, an Air BnB room for a week, and time to myself with NO FREAKIN WORK or EMAILS ABOUT TAT.

They better hire someone else because I will not be able to work very much or I earn too much money and am penalized.

So sorry, not available, only a little bit of part time, no more stats for me!

The only stat I plan on doing is my spa appointments.
