This is VERY SERIOUS and is a crime at the Federal level. You do not want to let Lee Tkachuck dba Keystrokes to screw up your tax return. That is a Federal document and you are attesting to it being the truth of your filing if you file knowing the W2 is incorrect. That makes you responsible and holding the bag in an audit. This will be on YOU, and Lee knows this and will probably be long gone anyway.
In addition to all the sh*t and torture you endured at the hands of this evil monster, don't let her screw you over again by leaving you with an audit and trying to explain to the Feds why you knowingly submitted a tax return that was incorrect. Bad things will happen to YOU.
If your W2 is incorrect IMMEDIATELY REACH OUT TO IRS FOR GUIDANCE! They will know how to deal with LT and her fraud and keep you protected.
DO NOT FILE A RETURN WITH A MISREPRESENTED W2!
