Here is the bottom line, do we "penalize" as you call it for sending work to QA. No we do not. It does have a different line rate yes, but it is not about penalizing, it is about working within the realm of what we have to work with financially from what we are paid by the facility. Do we get around that? Yes we do. The MLS can pend straight to the facility and avoid this and they do, very simple. The $10 "penalty" for a critical error on a "formal" Nuance audit is the other thing talked about. First, we do not charge that for the first error. We only charge it for the 2nd in a month. It rarely ever happens, ask anyone who works here. The 1st of every month, the slate is wiped clean. So, actually you can make a critical error every month and would never be charged anything. We do have to keep up with quality expectations and we are charged penalties. Why should the company bear the brunt of a critical mistake the MLS made time and time again?

Why? Because you're the company and if you hired competent MTs, you wouldn't have to pay. And how about you get off your high horse about how great you are; you're a manager working under an Indian company with accounts from Nuance. Big deal! That entire paragraph; thanks for clarifying how you feel about your so-called loved and looked out for MTs. Why should you take the brunt? Because it's your team, your MTs, but you then go on to say you are all for the MTs, all the while taking money from them. I could never work under that type of stress. Keep your Nuance account, Leigh. There are plenty of others to choose from that do not charge you to work for them!

Furthermore, you're not very professional coming on here to spew this crap. It makes you look like a teenager that just got picked last. Does the Indian owner know you come on here or is there a language barrier?

A different line rate? 10 dollars on strike 2 per month? OMG! You cannot even be serious. SCAM ALERT!
