See everyone? Pennhealth don't "penalize" you for sending work to QA. They just pay you less. It's so totally not the same thing, and you're a big dum-dum if you think it is.

And your reasoning that paying transcriptionists less for using QA is okay because, "Hey! Our transcriptionists can send blanks back to our client if they want! We'll only lower our transcriptionists' pay if they care enough to get the blanks filled in on a report so that our client gets the best report possible." Well isn't that just great, bragging about your low standards. Hurray for you. Way to take the transcribing industry's reputation down another notch in order to save a few pennies, Pennhealth. Aren't you just so wonderful? You force your clients to deal with the things YOU are supposed to be handling... or you force your transcriptionists to pay for the things YOU are supposed to be handling. Either way, YOU are just worming your way out of doing your job like YOU are supposed to.

And you boast about how you allow cherry picking? Gee. What a bonus. So what? So your transcriptionists do the great work first and the crap work second, instead of mixing it all up? That's supposed to be a perk or something? Or are you saying that you don't mind if some of your transcriptionists take all the good work and leave total crap for other transcriptionists? It's one of those two reasons. I'm curious to know which one you are thinking of.

Jeez. No wonder MTStars keeps deleting your help wanted ads. How many of your ads have they deleted in the past few days? Four or five?
