embarrass posters on here like a snotty little high school bad girl trying a power play. Is that what kind of example management is supposed to set? Rude, aggressive, offensive, sarcastic, belittling, completely unprofessional, continuing petty and childish arguing. That's the kind of organization people want to work for?

If your behavior is what is supposed to showcase how wonderful PennHealth is, no wonder you have problems hiring.

Plus, your errors in your own posts, but you've got the absolute nerve to twist words and/or skate around the issue of financially penalizing your MTs for errors.

You're exactly the type of MTSO/manager people DO NOT WANT TO WORK FOR.

Wow. You're a piece of work. No wonder you're in management.
