I am only going to address one thing and that is cherrypicking. We don't have MLS that take all the "good work" and leave the rest. Our MLS are respectful enough of each other and the account to take a mixture of work on their own, not because they are forced to.

We could choose to not pay like some companies I know of, but we pay on time every time. We could force the MLS to do work they are not skilled at only slowing them down making less money, but we don't do that either. This industry is not what it used to be and we all know why. We do the very best we can to help anyone who works for us succeed and make the paycheck they want to make. End of story.

I am not going to "politic" back and forth on here. I said what PennHealth has to offer and will let it stand at that. If you knew the truth of why the ads are deleted it would surprise you. Ours are not the only ones deleted. Look at how many ads are allowed anymore and by whom. Try digging a bit more into that and you might find the truth.

I wish you all the best if you are on here job searching despite your opinion of our company and me as a manager.
