Typical management BS. Yap yap yap, but doesn't really say anything of value. It's a deflection game to get you away from the bottom line truth.

The bottom line is they DO PENALIZE FINANCIALLY. But she has a lot of empty words to avoid saying that fact directly, yapping about the different pay structure, choosing to deflection your attention away from that fact and emphasize ALL THEY HAVE TO OFFER, instead of telling the truth.

They also have VDI. That says it all right there.
