Pennhealth Mgr - PennHealth Mgt

Well, I heard my name had been mentioned on here again. The link you provided is from June of last year and is talking about the VDI. "Witch on a broom" really? Okay....I'll let that one slide and not comment on that. LOL

The only thing I challenged was lies. So I can set the record straight once and for all. I have been the manager for PennHealth for a year and a half. We have made a lot of changes along the way and yes, they have been to the benefit of the MLS. I always try to look out for the MLS, and that is not just talk. Those that work for us know this. I hate that impressions are given on this board about companies and people really take them as the gospel. Why not call me, talk to me, talk to people that work for PennHealth before deciding to jump on a band wagon? I see someone already did post they work for us and I appreciate what they said.

Here is the bottom line, do we "penalize" as you call it for sending work to QA. No we do not. It does have a different line rate yes, but it is not about penalizing, it is about working within the realm of what we have to work with financially from what we are paid by the facility. Do we get around that? Yes we do. The MLS can pend straight to the facility and avoid this and they do, very simple. The $10 "penalty" for a critical error on a "formal" Nuance audit is the other thing talked about. First, we do not charge that for the first error. We only charge it for the 2nd in a month. It rarely ever happens, ask anyone who works here. The 1st of every month, the slate is wiped clean. So, actually you can make a critical error every month and would never be charged anything. We do have to keep up with quality expectations and we are charged penalties. Why should the company bear the brunt of a critical mistake the MLS made time and time again?

Those are the 2 things everyone wants to talk bad about. I have given you the truthful answers to both.

Have you heard that you are allowed to cherry pick on our accounts? That's never said is it? Ask anyone who works here. Most companies do not give you that option. We do!

We pay on time every time! If by change an error happens on pay, which rarely does, it is rectified immediately.

So, you can work when you want to. We do not call anyone or hound them to work if they don't show up (and that happens a lot with ICs), you can cherry pick your jobs, you don't get hit with the 2 CPL for sending to QA, we have a way around that and CPSE penalities rarely exist. That is what we offer. Plus we have a TON of work. We are NOT one of the Nuance vendors losing accounts, we are gaining them.

So that is the whole ball of wax. If you would like to try us out, we would love to have you. It not, that is fine too, but one thing I try very hard to do is treat people with respect so when I heard I was called a "real witch on a broom" on here, I had to come see it for myself. We are all adults, that's not necessary. If you don't like me, that is fine, but I just gave the entire truth about PennHealth. There should be no reason for the thread to be a mile long with opinions or nasty name calling. :)
