I am no longer employed at AQuity as of today. I have been struggling with LPH and going faster and then quality went down and then up, and LPH back down. Could not find a "balance" as they say. There are too many accounts and too many rules for each account. It is so difficult to keep up. This was my choice. I have been complaining about this job for at least 10 years and I am now ready to take a chance. I will be doing transcription without any metrics or a schedule to stick to. No holidays, no nights, no weekends. Freedom!!!
