QA pays no attention to specs - sm

and change things that directly go against the specs. You can't get off full QA if their QA staff do as they please.

You have to pay close attention to the changes they make on reports and contact management if you see changes being made that are incorrect or go against the specs. Otherwise, you will never leave full QA and the incorrect changes make you look bad.
