I know this is another Nuance spin off, so I am assuming they require VDI. Are you working in VDI doing straight transcription?
What about QA; does the Nuance QA constantly check your work. That is what happened to me when I worked for another Nuance spin off company and I hated it. Even if the report was perfect, it would be all marked up with dashes or something to make it look like something was wrong.
