Jay Vance is hiring through some one-woman show company out of PA for some unknown large account but cannot pay for 30-45 days. Now, I have known Jay to own his own FTP site, but never outside of that. But to ask people to work for an entire 45 days with no pay is just outrageous in this day and age.

Yes, he bought some window washing company and was supposedly out of MT. Who knows what happened to that.

I passed on it because I cannot understand why this isn't CAF hiring for the account. What do they need Jay for? This is the fishy part for me.
