I agree with the assuming part but as for pasting - StillAnMT

I have worked jobs as the above poster described with typing in Word, then copy and paste into EMR. One job took seconds bec the entire report went into one folder. I made a macro and it took maybe 5 seconds tops. But another company had me break down the report and put into different folders. Also had me check off for cc docs, etc. That involved 33 different clicks of the mouse as well as scrolling, pasting, etc. It took longer to do that than it did to transcribe the report.
