paying $11 or $12 an hour - some remote scribes, some in house. Either way, the pay sucks and they still don't want to consider you a valuable employee - just an IC or part time.
Clinics just don't value medical documentation anymore. The person responsible for the documentation needs to be very skilled but is, by far, the least valued member of the team!
