I don't want to sound mean about this, but if I had it to do over again, I wouldn't. It was an excellent opportunity for learning and pay for a while, but if you re-entered the field now the chances for making good money are not there. You probably made more money 20 years ago, as did I. If you are a newbie or someone with 30+ years experience you will make the same per line and then they will dock you for leaving out a comma, capitalizing a generic drug, putting in a comma and not capitalizing a brand name drug, hyphenating words, not hyphenating words and spelling out numbers 1-10 and not spelling them out. It is all ridiculous and I would not encourage anyone to get into this field. I am looking for other work. I do wish you luck and unfortunately I don't have any company that I would recommend to apply too. They will all find ways to squeeze the life out of an MT.
