First off you all need to find another job and yes I know there's not a lot out there but at the rate of the nonpayments it's a matter of time until she totally doesn't pay at all and then you're really messed up. Stop accepting excuses. Once you find another job if you really like your KS account call that hospital/clinic/whatever and tell them they aren't paying and they need to find another vendor!
