When I was there years ago the same thing was happening. I received notification in the mail that my insurance was being canceled due to non payment of premiums. I called the insurance company and was told KS had not made any payments for 3 months. Even though the money was deducted from my paycheck for insurance, it was still going to be canceled because KS did not make the payments. She also did not deposit the 401K money for 8 months even though money was taken out every paycheck, so check your 401K deposits as well. If payments to 401K have not been made, that is HUGE and the federal government needs to know.
