I know the IRS or Illinois department of revenue won't give out any information if she is or is not paying in, but if you explain that you are employees and your employer is not paying you on time habitually over many past years, so you are further worried that the taxes are not being paid in by her and you dont want to be held responsible for problems with your own taxes.
She's going to fold up shop and shut out your lights, laughing all the way to her oceanfront condo in Florida with your money, it's just a matter of time. Wait for it.
