and submitting the money she withholds for your federal and states taxes. Regardless, you guys need to keep track of those withholdings (or check stubs anyway) just in case she doesn't.

You don't want the IRS rejecting your tax returns because there's no record of working for them.

There's always a possibility KS is not submitting quarterly reports on taxes, unemployment, etc., so it's up to all of you to keep track of those withholdings.

Regardless, they will be held responsible personally for all of that (federal taxes anyway) even if they don't file or submit the payments.

This is all IN ADDITION to not getting your payroll checks. It can be much more far reaching than not getting a payroll check since you all are employees.
