They have been getting them since that time but picking up now and according to my manager, they are getting a lot more now over the next 6 months, working on setting them up, waiting for their Nuance contracts to expire, etc. They're not a popular MTSO with some on this site, but their platform is easy to use and they have plenty of work. No offshore and that's more important now that customers have seen the offshore quality. I'm excited to see all of this happening, and to see the company I work for get more accounts. This could be really great for a lot of us.
