I'm simply wondering how the process works. I was told by someone a while back that she was bidding on some contracts and would let me know when she heard something.
I'm not holding my breath, of course, but wondering how long it might take for a decision to be made.
I realize that varies in every case, but maybe a small ballpark estimate.
