I am trying to motivate those who WANT to be motivated, but they're just stuck.

Okay, no more motivational talks from me. The trainer poster just basically said that people make their own choices and will do so when they're ready. Guess it's like someone who smokes too much. Giving them ideas on how to quit doesn't work unless they want to quit.

Sorry you all took these the wrong way and are hypersensitive about it.
