People make their own decisions, choices and changes when they're ready. An unsolicited "kick in the butt" from a total stranger isn't effective motivation. Not your turn, not your job, not your problem.

Nothing wrong with feeling good about a career change or a new job, but people do it every day in every profession. It's not so extraordinary that anyone should feel superior or throw it up in other people's faces, which happens a bit too often here.
