Not coming on here to criticize anyone. On the contrary, just trying to give people a kick in the butt and give some hope.

You are less trapped than you think. You just have to work extremely hard to get out of MT to find another job. It's exhausting, yes. It's frustrating, yes. Makes you want to cry, yes. But it can be done.
