This board is no day at the beach anymore, either. Same MT complaints year after year after year, yet people still stay in the business.

I left MT 7 years ago, and mostly just come on here to cheerlead those who are SERIOUS about working towards getting out. Complaining does nothing. If you were complaining 2 years ago and haven't done much to get out, then sorry.

You can't just send out some online resumes. You also have to pound some pavement with your feet. If you're out in the boonies, don't have a car, or are disabled, I understand. FYI: Boonies is a choice.
